Payment for services rendered is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Kingdom Groups Corp. accepts various financing and will assist in processing financing.
Patients are requested to provide Kingdom Groups Corp. with at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
All client's information and records are kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Information may only be disclosed with the client consent or as required by law.
